We understand that some times we need a little more clarity.
Dog poop, considered "raw sewage," can transmit harmful bacteria like E. coli, salmonella, and parasites like roundworms and giardia, posing a health risk to humans and other animals if not properly disposed of; it can also contaminate water sources when left in the environment, leading to algae blooms that harm aquatic life; a significant portion of dog owners don't pick up after their dogs, contributing to environmental pollution; and even small amounts of dog waste can significantly impact water quality when washed into waterways during rain.
No long-term commitments—just clean, hassle-free service! Our Pet Waste Management Plans are designed for flexibility, allowing you to customize them to fit your needs. Whether you need a one-time cleanup before a party or gathering, or routine weekly service, we’ll keep your outdoor spaces pristine and safe.
You do not need to be home during our service. We simply ask that your gate remains easily accessible. For your pet's safety, we ask that they remain in the house until we've completed scooping, sanitizing, deodorizing, or any other service being provided. Once the cleanup is complete, we will send a confirmation photo of your securely closed gate to the phone number or email on file for your peace of mind. From there, your pet's are free to enjoy their safe play space.
We do not provide specific arrival times for our pet waste removal services. While we strive to accommodate your schedule, our routes are optimized the night before service to ensure efficiency and keep costs low.
To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
Absolutely! Our services are available year-round—winter, spring, summer, and fall—because pet waste doesn’t take a season off. No matter the temperature, our team remains committed to keeping your yard clean and safe for you and your pet.
No, dog waste should not be used as fertilizer for your garden. Unlike manure from herbivorous animals, dog feces contain harmful bacteria and parasites that can negatively impact soil health and pose risks to both humans and animals. While some may assume all animal waste is beneficial for plants, a dog’s meat-based diet makes their waste unsuitable as a natural fertilizer. Proper disposal is essential to maintaining a healthy and safe environment.
Yes, dog waste can attract rodents like rats, which may use it as a food source. A small rodent presence can quickly escalate into a full-blown infestation, bringing serious health risks. Rats carry diseases such as typhus, leptospirosis, rat-bite fever, and salmonellosis through their urine and feces. While often associated with urban areas, rodents can also be a problem in suburban communities, posing risks to both public health and property values. The best way to prevent infestations is to consistently remove and properly dispose of pet waste.
Ensure Easy Access – Your yard must be readily accessible for our team.
Maintain Your Lawn – Regular mowing and minimal leaf or debris buildup help us do a thorough job. Fall is "poop camouflage season," so keep in mind that we can only remove what we can see.
Keep Gates Clear & Unlocked – Please ensure gates are free of snow and ice and left unlocked on service days. If you provide a gate code, we’ll securely lock up when we finish.
Secure Your Dogs – For your pets safety, we ask that your dogs remain indoors during scheduled visits.
Provide Advance Notice for Cancellations – If you don’t need service, kindly let us know at least 48 hours in advance..
